3 Tips For a Stress Free Photo Session

Hello! Hey! Hi!

I really wanted to give some tips on how to feel more at ease about your session. As your photographer, it is my job to make you feel as confident and relaxed as possible. There's at least three things I like to tell clients that can help with that!

Tip #1 - Don't be afraid to let loose! Dance if you want to, swing around your partner, laugh, be silly! This definitely puts your mind at ease and also makes for great photographs. If you feel relaxed and comfortable, your photos will really feel like YOU.

JUMP!

Tip #2 - Plan ahead! Make time to think about what you might want to wear. If you doing a couples session, use pinterest (you can always refer to my pinterest board on 'what to wear for a couples photoshoot), and get inspiration from there! Colors and patterns that don't clash are usually best. Being prepared will help you feel like your best self when the day comes!

Tip #3 - Practice mindfulness! What is mindfulness you might ask? It is focusing on the present, and being aware of your surroundings. This is a great stress reduction technique. Do some yoga and really focus on the health of your body. Speak positively about yourself and others. Meditate. Whatever you need to do to put yourself into an uplifting mindset!

Now sit back, and let the magic happen!

Haven't booked a session yet? No worries! Just head over to my contact page to fill out a form or shoot me an email and we can get started!
